New Entrant Process Overview
- Agreement & Onboarding: The process begins with a formal Supply & Repurchase Agreement. This contract defines the volume of quotas to be utilized and establishes the commercial buy-back terms, providing a clear, risk-managed framework from day one.
- Documentation & Compliance: AFS Cooling assumes the administrative burden. We draft all commercial invoices, packing lists, REACH certificates, and safety data sheets. You provide a final review and sign-off, ensuring that all submissions meet the stringent requirements of EU Customs.
- Customs Execution: Working closely with our designated Customs Broker, you act as the importer of record to clear the goods into the EU. AFS Cooling supports you throughout this process, and we ensure that all duties, taxes, and associated import costs are fully covered/reimbursed, keeping your cash flow neutral.
- Transfer & Repurchase: Once the goods are released for free circulation within the EU, ownership seamlessly transfers to AFS Cooling. This "back-to-back" mechanism ensures you are never holding long-term inventory or exposure to market price fluctuations.
- Settlement: We finalize the transaction through an efficient netting process, where accounts are reconciled, and payments are settled 10 business days after custom clearance.
